A EuroMillions jackpot of greater than £83.4m is the biggest lottery prize to go unclaimed for week, a lottery spokesman has stated.

A ticket holder who bought their slip in a store is but to assert the £83,474,081 prize from a draw on 24 January.

The thriller winner matched all 5 primary numbers – 02, 11, 19, 30 and 49 – in addition to the Fortunate Star numbers, which had been 03 and 08.
