Barclays financial institution has confirmed it’s experiencing IT issues which it says is affecting its app, on-line banking and funds out and in of accounts.
The financial institution says it’s also unable to offer assist by way of phone or its “Message us” service.

It has apologised for the issues, and says it’s “working exhausting to repair the problem”.
